Knife or flatware production requires tens of operations which all need special know-how.
This know-how is very often represented by manual operations, and is mandatory to obtain a quality knife or flatware.
Furthermore, some of these operations, due to metal processing, require a heavy and expensive production tool.

Since day one, ANDRE VERDIER CUTLERY has had the will to control the quasi-totality of the diverse stages in manufacturing.

In order to achieve this goal, in our -4 production sites we own over -100 machines specialized in grinding, polishing, cleaning, assembling, packing, etc..
